Village Feast is Australian based and uses the metric system, so weights are in grams (g) and kilograms (kg), liquids are in millilitres (ml) and litres (l) and temperatures are in degrees Celsius (°C).

If you are trying to follow a recipe from other parts of the world and use pounds, ounces and Fahrenheit the conversions below will help you figure out the equivalents.

The most important measurement to adjust if you are using non-Australian equipment is the tablespoon. An Australian tablespoon is 20ml, in the US and UK the tablespoon is 15ml. So for every tablespoon measurement simply add an extra teaspoon (5ml).
